Artmill Group recently completed an extra special project creating vinyl art “Buddy Benches” for Shuler Elementary School in Clive, Iowa. Each child from the school’s 3rd grade classes drew a self-portrait in crayon on construction paper. Our photo scanning and editing department created a high resolution scan of the kids’ individual artwork. Our specialist retouched these images, stitched together the individual digital images, and created high resolution files that allowed for large scale printing.
We custom sized and printed the children’s artwork to vinyl.
After preparing the image files, we printed high-color images of the drawings to an outdoor vinyl and laminated the face for protection. Finally, our certified vinyl installer installed the vinyl graphics on the benches of Shuler Elementary’s playground.
