Client Services Associates/Specialty Project Ambassador

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, individual with excellent client service skills to assist our conservation services division at our downtown studio in Chicago. The role would involve working with our sales team with client services, administrative and marketing support.

Identify, document, and coordinate content for blogging and social media. Assist with the creation of inventory, condition reports, and treatment proposals.

Maintain an organized schedule in the showroom along with offsite projects. Collaboration with team members and project management is also a large part of this position.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the fine art industry
  • A background in art history, or conservation
  • Picture framing experience/knowledge is a must
  • Detail-oriented, cataloging info/emails
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, Quickbooks, Photoshop, Sketch-up
  • Knowledge in photography is a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Has project management experience
  • Can develop proposals and cost estimates for projects
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, ability to flourish with minimal guidance
  • Has an excellent phone demeanor and is presentable
  • Is available for occasional travel

This is a full-time position with benefits, hours are flexible. Saturday availability is a must. Compensation is based on experience.
